Tarbolton Community Hub – Invite to Quote

Tarbolton Community Development Trust is inviting quotations for the appointment of an architect-led multidisciplinary design team to progress plans for the new Tarbolton Community Hub at 69–71 Montgomerie Street, Tarbolton to RIBA Stage 2 – Concept Design.

The commission will bring together the architectural, engineering, cost-planning and technical input required to develop a coordinated, costed and deliverable concept for the proposed community hub. Full tender documentation and supporting project information can be downloaded below.
